Portabello mushroom caps marinated in zesty italian salad dressing+avacado+sprouts+ mustard&mayo+tomato+red onions+lettuce= one very happy Jocelyn!! =D So delicious I had it in my belly in about 3 minutes flat. The mushroom cap was so juicy and delicious that it drizzled onto my plate and I dunked my fingers in it and licked them. They haven't passed Blake's carnivorous palate (as he's not home yet and naughty wifey ate without hubby...), but I think he'll love them too!
